In 2013, Philip and Clare were the national winners of the Indoor/Outdoor Category of NZ House & Garden’s Interior of the Year Award.  This was for a room they had created entirely themselves – a plain garage on their property which was no longer needed became a rustic entertaining space which enhanced their beautiful garden, and became a magnet for friends and family alike.  The judges praised Philip and Clare’s skills, calling their winning room “A clever, whimsical space that pays homage to the relaxed way that Kiwis entertain”.

Why do I need to get my home staged for marketing?

First impressions are the most lasting, and we want to make sure that first impression is the best it can be. A properly staged and styled home will also be much more appealing in marketing photos.  We want people to walk in, feel comfortable and relaxed, and see themselves living here.

How much will it cost?

Good question! Every property is unique and individual so there is no standard set price. We need to visit the property in order to ascertain what is required and provide you with a no-obligation written quote.

I only have a small property - is it worth staging?

Yes, every sized property is worth staging to enhance its appeal. Clever placing of furniture in a small property can show the best use of the space.

How can you help me enhance the exterior of my property?

We will supply potted plants, pots and urns, and garden accessories which we will position to create the best and most welcome effect. We can also arrange for maintenance to be carried out if required.

I am going to be living in my house while it is on the market, can you still help me?

Yes most definitely.   In this instance we will come in and style your home using your own furniture, and create a solution which enhances its appeal.
